We are committed to helping SMEs sustain the competitive edge by
providing regular consultation and continuous education. Our Support
Contracts offer periodic "check-ups" designed to keep
businesses healthy. And in the future, our client website will serve
as an essential online resource center.
Support Contracts
Upon successful conclusion of a project, clients are offered the
Support Service, which allows for regular "business check-ups"
at predetermined intervals. These comprehensive, detailed evaluations
keep company systems sharp and help our clients spot challenges
before they become problems.
Client website
Currently in development, our client website will serve as an online
SME support center, filled with valuable tools and a wealth of useful
information. Here are some of the things we are working on:
- E-library - A treasure trove of articles and whitepapers
covering topics such as accounting, human resources, strategy
and more. Also will contain vital statistics like key performance
indicators and industry averages, plus insightful reviews of business
publications and a number of useful links and contacts.
- SME toolkit - Templates and spreadsheets that aid in
accounting, legal and human resource tasks, plus free downloads,
demo programs and links to online courses.
- Communications center - Virtual conference room, interactive
bulletin board and a secure email system that ensures the safe
sending of documents. A suggestions box will allow all clients
to post their feedback, thoughts and comments on any topic.
- Resources - A dictionary of important terms and commonly
used business acronyms, a list of "power words" that
enliven presentations, and an evolving FAQ section that addresses
our clients' most pertinent questions. Also a space for helpful
tips, inspirational quotes and words of wisdom.
Please Note: Myall does not offer Support contracts to any companies
for whom we have not done prior Consulting or Business Start-Up
work. We believe it necessary to have a complete understanding of
our client's business prior to commencing a Support Contract.
